Whether you’re training for a world championship fight or a 5k run – know that with every rep and every set, every bead of sweat and every tear cried; today you are one step closer than you were yesterday.
Conditioning is everything we do today that prepares us for tomorrow, and conditioning is EVERYTHING we do.
