Als Bodybuilder kann man diese Übung schnell und einfach erlernen ohne große Fehler zu machen.

  2. I recommend this sort of video. Youtube is great for this kind of thing.My homeboy had been bullied. He stated he was about to get bigger muscle and strength. I didn't believe him. Then out of nowhere he added 40lbs of natural muscle mass. He used the Muscle Building Bible (Google it). Not a soul dares to intimidate him now.
